Following the incident, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) acted swiftly to identify households in need of humanitarian assistance.
Due to the smoke and structural damage caused by the fire, 33 individuals required temporary shelter, including 14 Maldivians and 19 foreigners. NDMA has arranged shelter and food for 14 Maldivians and 8 foreigners. One foreign family sought shelter independently, while 11 foreigners were assisted by their employers.
