NAPPANEE, Ind. (WSBT) — A first look at the new fire station in Nappanee!
A grand opening ceremony took place on Sunday for the new fire station on Main Street.
The public was invited to tour the brand-new facility, meet firefighters and see the new space up close.
The modern, multi-million-dollar facility replaces a 55-year-old station.
It includes expanded bays, dorms, a training tower and advanced safety systems, all to serve the community better.
The station officially begins operations on Monday.
