Residents reported being awakened by knocks on their doors. Approximately 50 firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze by 01:00 BST. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fire caused significant damage estimated at $1.2 million and led to some road closures around the complex. No casualties were reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Residents faced difficulties post-evacuation, with some booking their own hotels or staying in the lobby of the nearby Moxy Hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Slough Borough Council is assisting those who cannot return to their homes, and emergency services and council officials remain at the site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
